Client News: October 2016 Edition


With October complete, it’s now officially countdown to Christmas. October was spent busy tending to our clients. Here are some noteworthy events for this month’s client round up.


We designed and launched display ads for Vancouver personal injury law firm, Simpson Thomas and Associates. The display ad, featured on a range of Chinese and English language sites, prompt visitors to click through to the Chinese landing page. As Simpson Thomas and Associates provides legal services across six languages, it was a great opportunity to tailor this message accordingly with a range of display ad dimensions. As winter is virtually here, so are the hazards that many drivers in Alberta, face. To showcase that winter road safety is crucial, we designed a display ad campaign for Grand Prairie personal injury law firm, KMSC Law LLP, to reflect this. The ads take a light tone but with an underlying message to ensure people take road safety seriously by noting that some accidents really are worse than others.

Simpson Thomas and Associates personal injury lawyers, Esther Chung, Troy McLelan and Stephen Yung participated in a free legal ‘advice-a-thon’ arranged by Access Pro Bono BC. Additionally, Port Moody based law firm BTM Lawyers LLP have recently been selected as Tri-City’s favourite lawyers in this year’s Tri-City A-List Awards. BTM showed their appreciation for the award with a thank you feature to be printed in Tri-City News. 



We’d like to welcome lawyer Christine Felix, Q.C., to Edmonton personal injury law firm Cummings Andrews Mackay LLP. She has over 25 years of experience on both the plaintiff and insurance defence side of personal injury files. Trial Lawyers Jarvis McGee Rice showed their continued support of Canucks Place Children’s Hospice and the Gift of Time Gala. The event itself was a huge success and over $1.1 million was raised for Canuck Place children and families. Thanks to the sponsorships from the likes of JMR, events like this get a lot of positive exposure.
