Client News: July 2016 Edition

Summer has finally arrived and July in the Skunkworks office was a scorcher. Let’s fire up some notable events our clients have been involved in for the month of July.

Trial Lawyers Jarvis McGee Rice had a great start to the month with an open home event in their brand new office. We designed and coordinated marketing collateral for the day with signage and name tags to match. JMR was thrilled to invite people into their new space and had an opportunity to reacquaint themselves with familiar faces, as well as meeting new ones.

Personal Injury Lawyers Murphy Battista hosted a Game Day with Kyle Gieni on Sunday July 31st. They are screening the Whitecaps FC vs FC Dallas game, at Murphy Battista’s Personal Injury Resource Centre (PIRC). Hosted by Kyle Gieni, one of PIRC’s newest Resource Coordinators. As a result, we had a hand in creating a Game Day poster and blog post. Game Day is a great initiative to bring people together to share their own personal injury stories, while also receiving free legal advice.

Port Moody based law firm, BTM Lawyers LLP are proud to announce business and estate planning lawyer Michael Poznaski, has recently made partner. Michael helps local business owners and families, as they plan for future growth, potential transition or unfortunate circumstances. We worked on a display banner introduction of Michael on Facebook.

Our creative team designed new business cards for the team at BTM Lawyers LLP to add to their deck. The contemporary look and feel ties nicely with the law firm’s modern yet approachable brand.

Additionally, our clients over at Amherst Veterinary Hospital are excited to introduce Gilmour’s Guides, Life with Aurora and Marley. Losing his vision at the age of twenty, long-time Amherst client, Bruce Gilmour shares his stories through the eyes of his guide dogs. In light of this, we were inspired to create a branded series with imagery on the Amherst blog.

Also, in support of brain injury month in June, injury law firm CAM LLP wanted to shed a spotlight on the importance of concussion treatment and recovery. Our creative team worked up a guided info-graphics for the CAM LLP blog on youth and sports concussion, as well as their traumatic brain injuries page.

Vancouver personal injury law firm Simpson Thomas and Associates’ sponsorship of Vancouver Community College (VCC) has recognized a number of talented students. that have enrolled in the legal administrative program at VCC. This longstanding relationship was highlighted in a blog post about the Simpson Thomas and Associates award, and most recent winner Nancy Cheng. Ms Cheng was honoured to receive this award and wrote to Simpson Thomas and Associates for their generosity in supporting VCC students in the legal program.

July was definitely a cracker of a month, you know with the Honda Celebration of Light, fireworks festival…too cheesy? It’s ok, I’ll see you back here in August, with more client news!
